A Note from the Principal

 

Dear Nicoma Park Elementary Families,

Welcome back! I hope this message finds you and your family well and enjoying the final days of summer break. My name is Miranda Pherigo, and I am honored and excited to serve as the new principal of NPE. It is a privilege to join this incredible staff and community, to lead such a foundational and joyful stage of learning for our youngest learners. 

Please check your email for some helpful information about enrollment, new staff, Meet the Teacher Night, school day information, school drop off/pick up changes, and so much more. 

As we prepare to begin the 2025-2026 school year, I want to extend a heartfelt welcome to both our returning families and those joining us for the first time. I’m looking forward to working together to ensure this year is filled with growth, curiosity, and meaningful connections for every student. I want you to know that my door is always open. Whether you have questions, ideas, or simply want to say hello, I look forward to getting to know each of you.
